Can I return/refund an item if I don't like it/ I don't have use of it/I bought the wrong item/the color or shape doesn't fit in? 

Ans: We do not refund an item unless it is faulty. However, we do provide exchange with other items in store. The exchange can be done within 14 days of the receipt. 

I bought an item which is already broken, can I refund it?

Ans: Yes, you can come back to get a refund within 14 days of the receipt. However, the item has to be in its original packaging.

I bought an item and I want to refund/exchange it, but the receipt is already over 14 days, can I still refund/exchange it?

Ans: No, you can not. Due to the company's refund policy, we can only do refund/exchange within 14 days of the receipt.
